Yesterday we were at a place called Troon on the coast, & when we were in the post office we a list of men holding game licenses and amongst then was a Captain Bishop-Culpapper of Abbotsford - Troon. Who & what is he?

Just a card to say Mrs Foster will be ready for you next Wed. Have had a letter from W & he has had two narrow escapes. He was hit on the leg but it didnt enter the flesh and the other caught him on his bible he had in his left pocket. He is not very well at all. Will tell you more when I see you.
